The can says "DRINK FRESH" but there doesn't appear to be any date code on either the sticker label or the can itself.
Appearance: It's opaque with a pink colored body which looks nice. It has a very fizzy white head that looks fluffy until the head is consumed under the rolling boil of fizz. What is left is a featureless surface without any head. No lacing.
Aroma: There is an aroma of raspberries and strawberries with sweet cream.
Taste: Up front there is a very sweet cream-like flavor with a little bit of nondescript berry in the background. Towards the middle there is what tastes like strawberry with a light grassy touch like bay leaf. After a while a shredded wheat flavor started to come through which was nice.
Mouthfeel: It is medium-full to full bodied depending on the sip, but it trends closer to medium-ful. It has a nice tartness which is pleasant but doesn't cut into the sweetness very deep. It finishes wet.
Overall: It is a very sweet beer with a light berry juice flavor with a slight grassy and herbal note. The can says that it is "brewed with lemon, raspberry, blackberry, basil, vanilla & milk sugar." The berry notes came across more as strawberry and the basil could have been what was giving it that grassy and bay leaf herb note. The vanilla itself doesn't come through but it probably joins in with the milk sugar giving it this sweet cream aroma and flavor. It is definitely a sweet tasting beer. It was enjoyable. I could drink it from time to time but it isn't something I'd pick up often. This would pair well with scallops. I would recommend it to people who like a more sweet-leaning beer.

Tasty but a bit too fruity for my pallet.

Opaque raspberry with a pink head. Smell is fruity: raspberry with some mellowing vanilla. Tastes very much of raspberry with some strawberry. Lemon tartness at the end, but overall not too sour. Not a funky sour..almost reminds me of a heavier bodied and undercarbonated lambic. Not bad for a fruit juice, but not a huge fan as a beer
