For me, Aslin tends to have either great beers or duds, and this is one of the few firmly "good" beers I've had in their lineup. This one pours a bit dull colored, but has a nice head that really stands for a while. The nose is somewhat fruity, but isn't where a DDH beers should be. Taste is actually really full for the 5.5% abv. Tropical fruit and some juicy fruit gum, but a little watered down in the mouthfeel. If they could make this more affordable I'd be happy to drink more. Too pricey for what it is though.
