On tap at brewery:
The thin white ring atop this beer provides a few streams of lacing. The body looks a little ruddy with a hazy pale bruised peach color.
Nose is the best part here, as the wine barrel wood and light Brett funk work together well to provide a damp farmhouse impression. The taste is a little more fruity, with the lagering yeast getting into the mix. The Brett sorta sneaks in the back, as does the barrel, but they don’t hold onto my palate too long. Pretty light, with a little bit of a coating feel after each sip.
Definitely interesting, and my overall and taste both wavered between 3.75 and 4. In the end, the flavors were there, and while they didn’t all work together as nicely as I’d hoped, I was liking them by the end of the glass.

L - Light golden/orange with a large creamy off-white head that sticks around and leaves behind a ton of lacing.
S - Malty, yeast, along with that funky brett yeast. It's a nice smell, but light.
T - Funky brett up front and throughout along with some bready malt, citrus, and tropical fruit notes as well as some grape musk.
F - Medium bodied with a moderate to high amount of carbonation. Light, crisp
O - A pretty nice brett ale - light, crisp and easy to drink while providing that fantastic brett funk.
