The beer pours very little white head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is an opaque deep purple with a slight reddish hue. It's not really on style but even then it looks like meal and that's not really what I'm up for.
The smell has a strong marshmallow and chocolate note upfront with a bit of hazelnut to it. The vanilla is extremely light and adds an accent to it. There are some light sweet and sugary fruit notes underneath like blueberry.
The taste is more fruity than the smell. The apricot and blueberry come upfront with the blueberry sweetness and a tartness from the apricot. The marshmallow comes out in the finish and lingers a little bit.
The feel is okay. It has thick and heavy body with very little carbonation to it.
It's an interesting beer with a bunch of unique notes that work somewhat well with each other but can be a bit too intense.
