A twist on our Mind The Hop DIPA! Mind The Hop (Sugar Maple) has all the citrus fruit salad with subtle pine/spruce flavor, with the addition of an understated layer of vanilla & maple. A single dry-hop of Citra was conditioned on spirals of Sugar Maple wood, & we're loving the darkly sweet, slightly nutty, woody notes it adds.
