A favorite with a twist. Mind the Hop conditioned on spirals of Cypress wood is a fresh version of our Citra dry-hopped DIPA, with an additional pillowy soft layer of yellow cake and vanilla wafer notes. After brewing a batch of one of our OG favs, we introduced long, spiral-cut Cypress trunk pieces to the brew. The exposed wood’s character brought in a whole layer of creamy, light flavor that is absolutely delicious.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a murky orange-brown with a one finger creamy white head that has great retention, plenty of floaties swimming around
S- juicy citrus hops predominately with aromas of tangerine, grapefruit juice and a hint of lemon. A slight woody note imparts aromas of fresh minty undertones
T- juicy tangerine and zest grapefruit up front, followed by some grassy undertones. The finish brings out a bit of that minty note that was found in the aroma, before lingering with more juicy citrus
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a silky, creamy finish
