Aslin knows a thing or two about brewing excellent New England IPAs. This Imperial IPA is no different. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a light clear head which leaves a slight lacing after a few mins. Mild hops, mango and citrus on the nose and palate. The sweetness is well balanced and carbonation medium. As with other Aslin beers in this "genre" the feel is silky smooth and another excellent brew which is not very dissimilar to other New England IPAs produced by this brewery.

16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a hazy golden orange with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a film on top
S- pithy and zesty orange, mint, mango, cantaloupe and pineapple
T- juicy tropical and citrus up front with notes of tangerine, mango, guava and green melon. Mid-palate is slightly sweet, with a hint of passionfruit, more ripe melon on the finish
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that finishes creamy
