Pours a hazy pale orange. Sweet tropical fruit especially pineapple, mango and orange on the nose. Taste is unique and great if you're looking for a sweeter-than-usual imperial NE IPA. Sweet Sauvignon Blanc grape juice clearly adds some acidic bite and sweetness to the usual excellent Imperial IPAs that Aslin produce. No languishing bitter aftertaste. I think this collab brew nailed it! I'm a fan. Beware it's quite boozy at 8.3 ABV.
P.S. - I saw 1-2 initial reviews and almost didn't buy this one...but sounded unique enough to try. But after buying this four-pack...I'm thinking, how could you possibly rate this below a 4 at minimum?
