Another nice adjunct/flavored stout from Aslin. The barrel is nicely integrated into a too sweet regular stout but decently balanced dessert stout. Outside of barrels, almond and coconuts combine for a nuttiness. Coffee might provide a backbone to hold up other notes and doesn’t play a predominant role to me; the cocoa nibs are also hard to distinguish.

So just a nice sweeter barrel-aged stout.
