Every once in a while a beer comes around, blows into town, and I meet it on just chance encounter; smelling amazing, a rarity that drinks like no other beer does: this is a fruited sour with a solid grain backing that dissolves into a savory cinnamon-esque blend of hazelnut and maple, which is all encompassed by the feel and smack of thick marshmallow muck. Easily best of the best, maybe the most inventive-yet-cohesive beer that I've had yet
