Pours a hazy straw color with a white head which dissipates quickly to a lacing. Tropical fruit on the nose, pine. Taste is sweet to begin with due to delish juicy tropical fruit but moving to a balanced hoppy bitterness which is mild. An excellent collab beer which is refreshingly different on the taste buds from the other NE IPAs from Aslin. This partnership is a keeper. Kudos to the chefs!
