DIPA packed with tons of passion fruit and a blast of citrus and peach, with a hint of pineapple and other tropical fruits.

On tap at brewery:
Opaque yellow amber with a foamy head that faded to a thick collar and a gossamer peninsula; there were spots of lacing.
Nose is a herbal towards minty with a fruity undertone (can’t tell, but tangerine and nectarine are close-but-not-quite). Sip is medium towards full bodied, and brings a little sweetness. Again an indistinct tangy/tart fruit note comes out, backed by the herbal to piney notes also from the nose.
Glad some bitterness comes through, but the fruit notes appear in a weird fashion with it, and it didn’t work together for me as well as the individual aspects can.

L - Creamy, opaque yellow with a large white head that sticks around and leaves a solid amount of lacing behind
S - Tons of piney, bitter hops along with sweet tropical fruit (some peach as well) notes as well as some malt
T - Follows the nose: piney juicy, bitter hops up front and throughout intermixed with a good amount of malt and tropical fruit notes - pineapple, peach, and some passionfruit.
F - Medium leaning towards full bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Creamy, smooth, yet crisp
O - A fantastic hazy DIPA, but somewhat run of the mill for Aslin - we know they can produce some of the best hazy IPAs in the business - give me something different/more

Pours a hazy straw/pale orange color with a good foamy white head which lingers. Tropical fruit especially peach and pineapple on the nose along with hops. Tastes similar to other excellent NE IPAs from Aslin...tropical fruit, well balanced with hops for minimal bitterness and a creamy mouthfeel. Delish!
