Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Creamy forming off white head, slightly yellow and khaki colored. Three easy tall fingers of height, a bit of fine bubbles there too, and good staying power hanging around. Ring lacing and little pops of lace trickle as well. Golden to bronze hued body color, and quite opaque but with a real dark and solid showing. Fine hits of linear carbonation are noticeable also. Very nice looking opaque IPA.
Very good aroma. Hop forward, touching tropical pineapple and more lemon like with a soft sweetness. Lactose hinting vanilla qualities, which also brings out a little hint of sweet caramel also in the body. Not overpowering either, with some degree of complexity in fruit, malt sweetness and sugars, and even a touch of herbal spice.
Palate seems to dial things down a notch. Mid palate has a bit of fruity character and some good orange creamsicle like quality. Flirts with thick orange flavors but lacks a real creamy and rich mouthfeel. Slightly hinting wet but supportive. Light citrus hop orange, with a minimal actual bitterness on the finish which is quite nice. Sweetness is noticeable but not overbearing.
This "milkshake" IPA doesn't come off to extreme, and in a way that's ok.

Pours a hazy orangish color with a big white foamy head which lingers. Tropical fruit especially peaches, lychee on the nose. Taste is delish...big flavor which follows the nose albeit sweeter and juicier than I expected with peaches, lychee, honey, grassy and resinous for a hoppy finish. Superb yet again!
