So I wasn't exactly prepared to have this, sometimes you have all the fancy appropriate glassware that outs yourself as probably not the most athletic guy in the world. Nerds. But then sometimes your dumb ass rolls up to the airport on the way home like its day 2 of a tournament, and your ass is 8 pounds over. Reverse weight cutting, you need to drink 8 lbs of liquid. Let's rock.

Pours like one of those juice cans mango color and appearance otherwise. Kern or I forget the more Latino one. Blue. Anyhoo, I guess this don't make head space. Heh. Aroma smells like juice. Tropical nectar juice. The taste is pretty sweet, one dimensional kettle sour. Approachable but nothing special. Easy to crush in the little cove around the way from the scales. Shit man, I should have brought a blunt. Let's party.

A little vanilla addition does something. Not sure this was ever bitter. I guess to pastry it up. Its like six fruits in a blender and some vanilla. Not really much in the way of 'beer'. YUDODIS? Nothing is terrible about this beer, but I don't even know if the sticker survived, for shame. Just go get one of those Jarritos nectar cans or whatnot.

Outstanding sour!!! One of only a handful of sours that top my charts and this is ine of them. Only problem is its very hard to find.

 

L - Opaque pink with a light pink head that sticks around and leaves some lacing behind
S - Super sweet/sour notes - almost like a candy with tons of tropical fruit notes - almost like a fruit punch
T - Tons of fruit punch fruit notes up front and throughout along with a sugary/sour aftertaste - tons of berries and other tropical fruits along with a hint of vanilla
F - Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation - sweet.
O - Another fantastic sour from Aslin

 

Pours a hazy grapefruit color with small and short lived white head which turns to lacing and islands. Tropical fruit especially raspberries and blackberries along with lime, vanilla on the nose. Taste is great too (sweet and tart) with the aforementioned berries, lime, vanilla. Wonderful balance without an overtly tart finish.
