For this DIPA we took our Starfish recipe and made it twice as nice. Typically, Citra & Galaxy hold down the hops to give big juicy flavors of plump candied orange. In this new twist, we’ve substituted a portion of Mosaic hops to give it a more dimensional tropical fruit flavor with additional blueberry notes!
