West Coast Cortés & His Men
Aslin Beer Company IPA - American
OK, so this one had that strange, sour-earthy, tang flavor within the hops that I often get with NE, or hazy or basically any IPA now. It's almost an"Off" cringy taste of sour wheat malt. Pretty common, maybe it's a certain hop? Watery feel, juicy. ???? There are some decent aspects I couldn't get to on Untapped: Lime and watercress style hop currents, until the sour, tangy, leafy aspect pops in.
