Copenhagen 5/6 2023. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Blue can with crude four pointed stars in different colors hovering.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fragrant odor of ripe stone fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. Ripe peach and mango. Passion fruit. Spicy streak of black pepper.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Light boozy streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent, sweet and a bit boozy Starfish.
