Poured at fridge temp. Pours a very dark brown with an inch of head. The nose is VERY similar to an English barleywine. Tons of toffee, vanilla, some bourbon, vanilla, plums, and raisins. The taste is a near a wee heavy and a barleywine for me. Tons of barrel, toffee, figs, plums, and a hint of tobacco. Lovely.
