Bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on banana, walnut, vanilla, brown sugar, and cocoa nibs. Hell yeah dude!

Poured from a 500mL bottle into a Perennial SdC tumbler. Pours a thick and shiny black with a thin khaki colored head. Bourbon, banana bread, light chocolate and vanilla on the nose. Tastes follows and it’s subtle banana, bourbon and chocolate. I’m glad the banana is kept in check but all the flavors seem a little muted. Medium-full mouthfeel. Not terrible. Banana is the one fruit I will tolerate in stouts and this one does it pretty well.
