Collaboration with Oozlefinch Beers & Blending.
Citra, Chinook and Sabro bring ripe, dank notes of tropical guava, hints of coconut and citrus zest. This one's got a bit more of a bite to it than a West Coast IPA, with the same clear, crispness you know and love.

Copenhagen 9/5 2023. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Very colorful can which looks like bad graphic design in a Microsoft program in blue, pink and yellow.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity, slightly fermented odor mingling with sharp citrus. Mango and passion fruit. Hints of decay. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and well-balanced DIPA.
