(Fresh from Herndon tasting room) Faint haze. Restrained citrusy aroma. Fairly earthy with some pine and citrus. Kind of disappointing: didn't get a distinctive Simcoe flavor profile.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a shaker pint glass.
L - Pours a clear medium amber color with a white head that dissipates slowly.
S - Smells of pine and citrus.
T - Tastes of pine and citrus.
