This is a limited supply Saison that was aged in Cabernet barrels.
Look- Dark brownish/red color.
Smell- The Oak comes out strong. Cloves, Gum, Dark fruit. A bit of a weird funkiness come through also.Smells very nice overall
Taste- The wine barrel really comes through nicely. Big dark fruit flavor, cloves. A big of alcohol burn at the end, Like they spike it with cheap Vodka
Feel. Very hot. A slow sipper!!
Overall-I wish it could be a lot smoother. I kinda got a headache from it.
