This is a very nice wheat beer, that has a 2019 GABF (Great American Beer Festival) Bronse medal for the Belgian-Style Witbier.
Pours nice and clean, clear but with light haziness, and slightly pale in color with good carbonation.
Very nice aromas, which are like a mixture of banana and orange juice, but extremely pleasant.
The only thing lacking is the taste. Wish it had a bit stronger taste, and it is too light for my expectations. Do get acidic after notes, but doesn't really remind me of blood orange.
I can tell this is an extremely well made beer, but overall I wish it had a much stronger character to it.

I like the name, but the Look does not have much orange... quite blonde, but a nice lace. Smells are on the bland side: citrus and a mixed malt bill are present; but nothing stands out. Tastes are more satisfying, primarily because it is refreshing and that is a wit's primary job. Under A Blood Orange Sky can use more mouth softness to be a true, wheaty wit.
I started drinking Temblor's wit with Indian food... which is OK for the food, but not particularly fair to the wit since it is hard to appreciate the brewer's subtleties imparted to this style. So I stopped drinking it with this intense food and saved some for later. I think Under is on its way to being better... work on the yeast, my usual watchwords to a young brewer venturing into this difficult style.
As for my micro-review... Temblor is like every other five year old stricken by Covid. But they have enough talent and community support to make it. And, I'm sure, Bakersfield needs more culture from crafters and not less. So for that, Temblor gets some pretty good hugs.
