Brewed with Door County cherries and jammed with Wisconsin-grown hops, this is a true harvest ale. Just days from field to brew kettle, we brewed this beer with seventy-five pounds of fresh harvested Door County Cherries and twenty pounds of freshly-picked Cascade and Mt. Hood hops from a new Wisconsin hop grower, Tenacious Badger Hop.

Pours a brilliant golden-red color with good carbonation and a healthy layer of head. Aroma is fruity and cherry, with just a hint of a sour bread profile. Tasting reveals a nicely tart brew, with tart cherries and a quite pronounced IPA flavor. The total profile is a quick hit with the IPA character lingering than the tartness.
