A traditional Czech-style Pilsner. Crisp and clean is the best way to describe this outstanding pivo (Czech for beer!).

12 oz can poured into a water glass. Pours a light straw yellow color with a moderate off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature noble hops with some soapy citrus, moderate bitterness, and some crackery malt. The hop flavors aren't my favorite, and I wish it was a bit more malt-forward, but it's not terrible.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours golden straw with a fluffy white head. Smells of sweet grain with slight corn, nice and bright. Tastes of clean sweet grain, nice bright and refreshing, very slight fruitiness. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
