Pours black with a burnt caramel colored head four fingers high. Aroma is roasted grain, dark fruit and raisins. Taste is sweet with dark cherry notes and raisins, along with a slight hint of chocolate. There's a bit going on in the taste department. Nicely done and worthy of any cellar.
