Appearance: Pours a completely dark color with a massive dark tan head. SRM of 24. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of dry cocoa, bittersweet chocolate, some lactose and cream notes. (4.00)
Flavor: Smooth flavors of milk chocolate and cream. Minimal to no roast. Clean. (4.00)
Feel: Light to medium body, average carbonation. Smooth and clean finish. (4.25)
Overall: Raised Grain makes some good beers. This one is quite a good milk stout. Nice flavor, smooth, and not too sweet. Very drinkable. Not my favorite style, but this is one of the better milk stouts I've had.
