12 oz. can, Enlighten Up! 03/15/22 on the bottom. Where the fuck did I buy this? The Woodman's in Janesville, Wisconsin. Also, please enlighten me if I've gotten the name of this beer wrong, as it looks like the beer is aptly titled "C" with quotation marks.. "Single hop pale ale" "A cohumulone carnival".
Poured to Central Waters stemware.
A: Coppery golden orange, akin to an IPA in appearance. Finger of sudsy head that doesn't stick around long.
S: Earthy & twiggy. Notes of caramel & vanilla, evidence of an IPA, or APA in this case gone old. Musty.
T: Taste follows. Musty, earthy, twiggy. Notes of caramel & some lingering notes of piney hop bitterness. Tastes like this thing might've been pretty hopped up fresh.
F: Feel is the best thing still about this. Crisp & fluid. Bitter & dry finish. Nice.
Overall, I want it fresh god damn it.
