A traditional 4.3% ABV German Style Pilsner brewed with Spalter Select hops. Carefully lagered at the proper cooler temperatures throughout the process and featuring natural CO2 from fermentation captured by a spunding valve to help carbonate the beer. Crispy, dry, and brilliant - brewed with the spirit of Milwaukee's heritage in mind.
