Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a slightly hazy bright gold with a creamy, snow white cap and lacing. The nose is subdued; mostly grains, lemon peel, and spices. Its taste features a really nice balance of biscuit and lemon peel. As the glass warms there are notes of banana and spice. It finishes crisp and clean. For the style it has a full body with pleasant carbonation, and the 6.7% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, this Belgian Blonde Ale is very nicely done. It's quite flavorful and has a great mouth feel. I drank it on a hot Summer's day and it really hit the spot.
