Grapefruit pink color. Cloudy. Minor head which leaves only a smattering of spots.
Very mild aroma. I barely detect raspberry and that's only after I sip enough to put my entire nose in the brandy snifter glass.
Tart raspberry flavor. No notable sweetness but the sourness doesn't overwhelm. Richly bodied with ample carbonation. The finish is more of the same. Overall, this is a superior fruit beer.
