Ruby red color. Hazy. Pink head which dissipates quickly to rim bubbles. Only a few spots for lace.
There's a sourness present in the smell.
Sour flavor with a bit white pepper. Highly carbonated with a moderate body. I get some berry sweetness. Complex but not very current like. The finish is bitter and sour in equal measure. The overall effect makes for a pleasant after dinner drink.
