16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned in 2020. Pours lightly hazy pale golden straw color with a 2 finger fairly foamy and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing and a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, wood, grass, pepper, and light pine/toast/yeast earthiness. Moderate herbal, woody, grassy, peppery, light piney bitterness on the finish. High carbonation, light body, and crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing sticky and carbonated dryness. No astringency. Very flavorful for 4.25%. Very clean lager flavors, with mild fruity/yeasty flavors. Spot on style, no complaints. Loved it. Highly overcarbed, but it turned out perfectly well.
