Aside from putting too many hops (or at least not dulling the Target hops), this is an enjoyable Blonde. Bought from The Drink Factory in Mons.
This blonde Looks inviting, a big foam that settles slowly and leaves a lace. Smells are mostly malt and some fruit while there are hops in the back of my nose. Tastes are not balanced, this is too hoppy for the table and that's what I opened it up for. Barely medium-mouthed in a light style.
I like Legendes. For a quarter of a century, they have been saving Belgian recipes from oblivion and giving them a new home while enhancing them. They have diversified beyond a taproom to distilling and chocolate. And for that, I give them good Overall Hugs.
