We took our regular saison and re-fermented it with Sauvignon Blanc juice and wine yeast. Delicious.

Draft tonight at the brewery... Pours a slightly hazed light orange... firm white head with good lacing.. A little peppery ester with nice balanced pear ester note... the wine grapes add the expected sorta vinous notes without the light oak associated traditionally with the wine.. Very balanced and a well made saison.. Perhaps a bit thick for my palate, but well within style... Incredibly complex saison. Can't wait for the bottled version!!
