From the 650 ml. bottle with no noticeable date. Sampled on May 12, 2018. The brewery calls it a sour ale.
It was a cloudy looking pale yellow, but that was after it erupted as a volcano of foam and I lost almost half the bottle down the drain because of it.
The aroma had this sort of funky, overripe fruit sensation with a vague bready character and some feint spice.
The body seemed light to medium.
As for the flavor, there was a mild sourness to it with bread and herbs. Am aftertaste at the finish. I added this beer but I'm not sure how many other people will try it and rate it. Big water has done better.
