Pours a bright just ever so slightly less than crystal clear burnt golden colour with two solid fingers of creamy white head.
Nose of grainy rye malt - spicy rye bread, cracker with a woody note.
The spicy rye malt also hits the palate, again with a bready note, some oaky character - sweet but gives way to a lively earthy bitterness.
Crisp and bright light medium mouthfeel with a lingering softly bitter finish.
