De Novo is an annual Farmhouse Saison from Upstreet. The 2020 version or De Novo IV weighs in at 6.5% ABV and comes in 500 mL bottles this year. Hazy gold with a large fast-disappearing head. Funky, floral nose smells appetizing. Complex medium body with spicy, earthy yeasty notes. Solid crispness makes this year's offering very enjoyable.
