This beer is all over the place. Pours a lemon haze and smells sour. Ha! Gotcha! It's not sour at all. Another surprise beer. It has a smooth start and a finish that is smooth for a saison. I'd say Upstreet did what they were trying to do with this beer. The can says pair it with a turkey dinner. Lol. I'd agree. I don't usually drink saisons but when I do, I'd drink one like this.
