Hazy honey-banana color with 1 finger of gorgeous, fluffy head. Some sediment floating.
Some weird milky sour aromas here, with hints of clove, pepper, and banana.
Mostly straw and grassy flavors with a strong pepper influence; some trailing notes of clove and bubble gum. This drinks more like a Wit-inspired Saison than anything.
Feel is heavily carbonated with a light creaminess somewhere in there, a fairly effervescent finish.
Overall, a weird witbier, I wouldn't return to it.

12oz bottle. Served in a snifter glass.
Pours a hazy darker yellow body, slight orange hue, one finger white head, fair retention, bits of lacing, thin collar. Smells of mostly wit-stylistic spices and a bit of sulfur, mildly rusty metallic, a bit of pepper, touch of grainy wheat. The metal isn't all that strong, and goes away a bit as it warms. Flavour is more of a stereotypical witbier, with a strong spice presence, minimal fruity tartness (I assume this is the soursop fruit), but for the most part, it is followed by a bit of yeasty minerality and grainy wheat. Touch of clove. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, slightly on the heavier side for a witbier, a bit slick with a mildly bitter clovey finish. Overall, nothing too special, a bit heavy handed and not all that drinkable, which is a particularly characteristic I enjoy in a witbier.
