A - This is a beautiful pour, clear, pale purple-pink, with a minimal head tinted pink, fades like cola, and no lacing.
S - Strong acidic bite, lactic and full, but with a subtle plum fruity note.
T - Follows the nose, with yogurt acidic bite and sour fruit, and a finish tart and clean.
M - Prickly carbonation and tart acid, with a crisp finish that lingers a touch on the close.
O - A very nice rendition of this style, with a lovely fruit note that offers a bright counterpoint to the main lactic thread.

12oz can, willi becher glass. Darker pink body, slight copper hue, one finger white head, short retention, a bit of lacing. Smell is lemon zest, light wheat, standard berliner aroma infused with a bit of stone fruity sweetness. Not bad. Flavour follows; mild stone fruit sweetness- not distinctly plum-like, but it's in that zip code, with a light lemon, touch of zest, light grain, a bit of biscuit and mild-moderate lactic acidity accentuated by the plum. Lighter medium body, good carbonation, refreshingly tart, although a slight bit tarter than I was hoping for. Still a solid kettle sour.
