12oz can, willi becher glass. Cloudy straw yellow body, one finger white head, fair retention. Smell is a bit of grapefruit, dry zest, a bit of caramel and biscuit. Squeezed grapefruit juice aroma, which is nice. The flavour is a bit drier, zestier, although not all that interesting. The increased dryness seems to mute any sort of hop aromatics that the nose would suggest is there. Dry, zesty finish without much hop aromatics. Mouthfeel is lighter medium bodied, dry and zesty. Nothing too special here, a Brut IPA needs to be a good IPA in the first place rather than just being dry.
