Sweet. Definitely more of a dessert stout that a sessionable beer. Had it on tap in Wisconsin. Lots of toffee and other great flavors so very good for the style. But a sipping after dinner drink.

12oz can. Date stamp on bottom reads '03/03/23'.
Black colored body, with mahogany brown back lit edge. Initial pour yields multi finger depth of fluffy tan head. Leaves behind strings and webs of lacing.
Aroma is sweet toffee and vanilla, plus a fudge chocolate note.
Taste keeps reminding me of maple syrup, but that is likely just the sweetness of the brew. The flavors of fudge chocolate, vanilla, and toffee are all there. Slow fade out in the aftertaste.
Thick mouth feel, with a coating to the tongue and mouth. Higher ABV% is well hidden. Very good carbonation.
Decadent and sweet stout, with toffee, chocolate, and vanilla expressions.

Dark liquid with a nice light brown head. Stick foam finger lace that clings to the glass. Strong notes of toffee and vanilla with a hint of chocolate. Thick oily texture that is pretty high up on the sweetness scale. This one classifies as a desert brew in my opinion. Easy to drink. I’m up for another.

Tastes really good: sweet, buttery, and filling. The only reason I have not rated it higher is that it seems to cause me some digestive issues :(

Newest WOW brew here. Pours from the 12 oz can in a snifter
a deep blackish brown with thin cola highlights and a VERY nice head
of khaki foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin layer, and sports
exceptional lacing on a very clean glass. Nose of coffee, dark
chocolate, vanilla cream, rich toffee and roasted nutty malts,
and faint char. Flavors follow the nose with marshmallow
fluff with vanilla, dark bakers chocolate, dark roasted coffee,
dark malt, and definite toffee notes. Excellent mouth
feel; full body, smooth, faintly effervescent with light
carbonation that supplies some very nice lift, and
a bitter malt and sweet vanilla / coffee / toffee
finish.
Overall.....WOW.....would buy this again.
Excellent!
Cheers

Quite a surprising stout chock-full of toffee caramel Belgian chocolate sweetness and just a nice bit of roast in the Finnish. Bitterness? I don't think so with this 10% imperial Stout! overall kind of sad that I didn't pick up more since the can only cost me like three bucks. Damn

Canned on 5/18/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black; small khaki head that fades leaving great retention and decent lacing. The aromas are malt forward along with some toffee and caramel. There's a nice amount of maple coming through. Lots of roasted peanut shells. Some vanilla and hazelnut. The flavors follow the nose but are much bolder. More toffee and caramel leading the way. More roasted and salted peanut shells. More maple, hazelnut and vanilla. The Belgian chocolate does its thing. It's bittersweet with a subtle saltiness. Solid malt backbone. Finishes with a mild warmth, but it's not hot or boozy at all. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of full-bodied with active carbonation. It's almost thin, sharp, spritzy, slightly fluffy and ultimately smooth.
This is a great stout. The toffee truly shines. The flavors are complex and have a nice amount going on. It's also pretty unique. Everything works. Well done.

L - 2-finger dense hazelnut head atop a cola black body.
S - strong caramel, maple, toffee, vanilla, chocolate.
T - follows the nose. Very sweet toffee. No bitterness. Moderate-high sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - hella sweet but authentic toffee flavor.

I generally like dessert stouts, but this one was too sweet for me- kind of like the Southern Tier Creme Brûlée.
