Surprisingly nutty nose, with an emphasis on pecan, coconut, and bourbon barrels.
Very sweet and s'more-like on the palate - crackery and toasty. Coconut (not itself something I associate with s'mores), Graham cracker, slightly syrupy. Rich, but not as sweet as you might fear. Bold and boozy, with a nice warming heat.
