Sampled from a pour at the brewery. Pours nicely dark with a caramel colored one finger head. Aroma is immediately chocolate and graham crackers. Taste is beautifully intense, with low carbonation but nice notes of intense chocolate. The graham cracker profile is less noticeable within the taste than it is with the aroma. Even so, this is a nice stout and well worth sampling.
