Bomber from Boise Co-op. Medium golden, fizzy head settles out quickly. Pickle jar for the aroma, brine and dill. Taste brings a nice pucker, all pickle juice with just enough salt. While not a huge pickle fan, this tastes really good.

a dill pickle inspired gose, so weird we had to try! i think they did a really good job with this, and most of their flavored beers were solid in here to be honest, this is creative and not over the top, making it better than just a novelty drink. the basic gose is simple and light, only minimally sour, and built to support the added ingredients. the tartness is clean, the wheat is obvious, and the salt seems just right, with the fresh dill in here it really does have a pickle brine aroma and flavor to it, and the acidity is no more than a tangy pickle, really pretty right on for what it is. its hard to tell whether or not this is good, and its probably entirely subjective, like how much do you love pickles, but the beer is well made either way, and i was pretty impressed with this. the dill is really fragrant and natural to me, while there is a light citrus note as well. i think it would be cool to add in another dimension or two, like some caraway, hot pepper, or even garlic to this to give it a bit more of real pickle nuance, but the beer as it stands is undoubtedly a success, and the saltiness is really cool with the pickle flavor, it completes the theme nicely. light and springy too, well worth trying!
