Draft at brewery. Hazy golden pour with small head., rings of lacing. Aroma is light and fruity, citrus. Taste amps up the citrus a bit, part grapefruit peel, part piney hops. Bitterness is light, as is overall presentation.

a really solid pale ale here, definitely one of my favorite hop forward beers ive discovered in the boise area so far, and arguably the best beer i have had from these guys to date. its a pretty basic grain profile, light and simple, pils type, crackery, earthy, dry, without any of the richer crystal malt sweetening it up or weighing it down. the hop profile is awesome, and the beer is nice and fresh, as it should be at a small local brewery like this, but still, the newness and brightness nice, its full of life. idaho 7 hops lead the way in this one, a profile i am now familiar with, big drippy juiciness and a sort of pot-like dankness, but low on bitter. there is notes of ripe mango, dry white wine, and preserved peaches, with just a little bit of greenness to it. more and more grapefruit zestiness as it warms. maybe some wheat in here too, its body stands out to me in that dry and fluffy way that is still really light, but just with a bit more texture, and the carbonation is on point for the style. the hop profile is unique enough to make this beer stand out, and the whole thing is a several pint kind of brew, exactly what i have been in search of here really. if they do not already, they should can this one!
