P pours a deep chestnut/mahogany w/ a foamy 2f light tan head; looks good
N soft-med nose of sweet, well-toasted malts and grassy notes
T sweet toasted malt, light choc, grassy notes, and some nuttiness; light-med bitterness lingers; tasty profile
Mf light-med bodied w/ med-high carb; velvety smooth
O nicely-done schwarzbier; solid flavor and drinkability; great mouthfeel to boot
