I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor that came out of this crowler that a friend grabbed from Corridor. Mosaic hops, for sure, but something else that added a wheaty, almost yeasty brightness that really danced across my palate. It had to have been a week old or less. I'd recommend this to anyone, seasoned or beginner. Excellent beer. They certainly picked the right single hop/single malt combo for this SMaSH beer!

On tap at the brewery. Single malt (golden promise) single hop (mosaic). Love mosaic so I had high hopes. Look is copper and clear. Smell is this brilliant mosaic hops. Taste is disappointing. Bready malt is the dominant flavor, not much hop punch. It kinda dies mid palate. Feel is mediocre. At least the ABV is well hidden. Overall not a fan. Go to Begyle for J Bird if you want a local single mosaic.
