Tasted in a snifter from draft at Corridor Brewery & Provisions on June 22, 2018. Crisp, clean and refreshing with a mild spice finish. A nice representation of the style.

A light palate cleanser after the other, more bitter offerings. Clean, with plenty of biscuit, straw, and a hint of lemon, rye spice and winter melon.
